Emotions, both “positive” and “negative”, are a natural and important part of the human expereince. However, emotions can start to become a problem when negative feelings are so strong or enduring that they prevent you from enjoying your life or functioning normally. Having trouble effectively regulating emotions is very common in a cancer experience.
